A Native of Long Island, NY, Chef Paul Samber moved on to Las Cruces, NM where he studied Physics. His interest in Applied Mathematics brought him back to NY some 7 years later, where he pursued his Masters degree.

His dream of becoming the world’s first AstroPodiatrist was stymied due to lack of patients. Truly a mind before his time, when most would have given up and slumped into a downward spiral, 2 years of soul searching in the trendiest neighborhoods of Brooklyn revealed to him his true calling…

Now a self proclaimed master egg chef, Paul seeks to find and cook the perfect egg.
